Four moves. Every method.

  1. Open the invoice in the portal. Billing → Unpaid Invoices → the invoice you already created. That page is the only source of truth.
  2. Copy the Bitcoin address shown today if you are paying on-chain. It should start with bc1, 1, or 3. Never type it. Never use an address from a message. Get it from the invoice.
  3. Buy a little extra. Network fees take a bite. A few extra dollars covers it. Send only Bitcoin — never Litecoin or Ethereum to a Bitcoin address.
  4. Wait for a confirmation, save the TXID. If the invoice does not flip to Paid, complete the payment form with invoice number + TXID. Tickets are for problems only.

If the invoice is weeks or months old

Check current vault prices first. The USD amount on the invoice is what you pay in US dollars. If prices have changed, order the same plan again — that creates a new invoice. Once we match the payment we delete the old one. Do not send to an old Bitcoin quote from email or a screenshot.

Old invoices fail for three reasons: expired unique address, wrong BTC amount, or coins sent with no payment form filed. All three are fixable without guessing an address.

If you already sent Bitcoin

Stop. One transfer is enough. Complete the payment form with invoice number, TXID, and a screenshot of the amount sent (before and after the fee if Cash App). Open a ticket only if something is broken.

We match payments that landed on the invoice address. We cannot hunt a transfer sent to a random wallet from a Telegram message.

  1. Log in at buy.anonpremium.com and open the unpaid invoice.
  2. Choose Bitcoin. Copy the address or scan the QR.
  3. Cash App → Bitcoin → Send. Paste the address. Send a few dollars extra.
  4. Save the transaction ID. After it confirms, complete the payment form if the vault is not unlocked yet.

PayPal is the same idea: log in at buy.anonpremium.com, open the invoice, then either pay with PayPal on checkout or buy Bitcoin in PayPal and send it to the invoice address. Never leave BTC sitting in PayPal.

  3. Do not send LTC, ETH, USDT, or XMR to a Bitcoin invoice address unless the invoice explicitly asks for that coin.
